Can I be real with you? Losing weight is HARD! Exercising on a consistent basis takes a lot of discipline, but the results are worth it. If you struggle staying motivated to work out, then I want to share some scriptures and affirmations you can use to speak your weight loss into existence. Even Jesus Rested-Real Bosses Rest

On yesterday, I rested. I was a lazy bum. I cooked dinner, did a little cleaning and laundry, but outside of that I did absolutely nothing productive-outside of writing this post. Now I did read the Word and pray, but I don't count that because as men and women of God that should be a part of our daily spiritual regimen. Something we should never neglect. Yet, sometimes I do.  Okay, let me stop rambling and get back to the message! The point I am trying to make is I rested. Something I rarely do, but desperately need to do more often. Rest is something we often take for granted. In this cultural phenomenon of being a "Boss" and the "Grind No Sleep Movement" we have forgotten to take a brea
