Can I be real with you? Losing weight is HARD! Exercising on a consistent basis takes a lot of discipline, but the results are worth it. If you struggle staying motivated to work out, then I want to share some scriptures and affirmations you can use to speak your weight loss into existence. God gives us the ability to call those things that are not as they were (Romans 4:17 ). By faith, I want to speak your weight loss into existence. Now do understand, faith without works is DEAD! So your faith has to have some actions behind it (exercising regularly , eating healthy, getting proper sleep etc.). You are going to have to PUT IN SOME WORK, but with the right words, actions, and pure belief you can do all things thorough Christ who strengthens you, you can and will lose that weight.
