Don't you just love God winks?! Not familiar with the term? God wink is defined as "an event or personal experience, often identified as coincidence, so astonishing that it is seen as a sign of divine intervention, especially when perceived as the answer to a prayer" (phrase coined by Christian Author SQuire Rushnel). Yesterday, in church I had a God wink when my pastor (yes, I have church home now) said in his sermon to pray our solutions, not our problems. To break down this further, he said we should pray God's Word, not what we feel or see in the natural concerning out problems and situations.
That word was a confirmation for me! In my personal prayer time, God told me to start praying and prophesying His Word. We spend too much time in prayer complaining and whining to Him about our problems. God even addresses this in His Word in Isaiah 40:27, "Israel, why then do you complain that the Lord doesn't know your troubles or care if you suffer injustice?" God is not blind to the things going in our lives. He is omnipresence, that means He sees and hears everything and He is everywhere are the same time. He sees my problems just like He sees yours and He cares about the problems, injustices, and troubles we face in our lives.
Stop wasting time in prayer trying catch God up to spend speed on things going in your life. He already knows! Start spending your prayer time more wisely and praying His Word because He watches over His Word to perform it. If you are sick stop telling God and everybody else that will listen about your symptoms and start declaring that you are healed. Speak to the part of your body that needs healing and tell it be made whole and line up with the Word of God. Stop claiming you are broke and start speaking God's Word over your finances. Find scriptures that correlate with what you are going through in the natural and pray and decree them over yourself and those you are praying for.
God only moves when He hears His children pray and speak His Word in faith. I don't know about you, but I need some prayers answered and some problems solved. So I can't spend my time in prayer complaining about who did me wrong and what the people at my job should and should not be doing ( I have been very guilty of this lately). God already knows! He knows what we need before we even pray it (Matthew 6:8).
The solutions to your prayers is found in God's Word. So stop complaining and start praying the Word. I promise you, you will see results. I pray this is a God wink for some of you too. We have to get stronger in our faith walk with Christ and level up and mature in our prayer lives. We do this by praying God's will which is found in His Word.
